A business is an enterprise constituting people who work towards a common goal of getting profits. Enterprises do their operations with different objectives; growth, expansion and survival in the market. The marlon clarke management of the enterprise is involved in many activities towards achieving these goals and objectives of the business. The functions of management include planning, controlling, staffing and above all organizing.

Organizing of the business involves; defining tasks, who will do those tasks and where to be done. Herein, different techniques used to do this management function are discussed in detail.

The specialization helps since the worker is able to produce more. This is because one is on the same line all through hence they get used to their job. It also saves time since one does not need to move about from doing one role to another.

The two however are associated with advantages and disadvantages. They are beneficial in that they lead to innovation and invention since the person works in the same point for long hence more production. Working on a specific area also increases production since one improves out of getting used to a certain task. However it may lead one to lose their craftsmanship out of working too much on one thing like a machine. The monotony of work is also a demerit since one does one thing always.

The marlon clarke authority should be well defined so that there is a chain of command. The employees should be kept aware of the person they report to in case they want anything done or have a certain proposal. To avoid misuse of power, it should be clarified. The duties and powers of the managers should be spelled out so that every employee is made aware of who is who.

Conclusively, marlon clarke business organization should also look into coordination of operations in the firm. This is important so that the departments and the individual workers can sync their work hence perform simultaneously. This would result to harmony of work between these departments. This function therefore stands out to be an important one towards achieving the organizational goals. This is for the fact that the activities so mentioned increase productivity.
