Preparing For that Fantasy Football Time

By Ken Willis

I'm as excited as any one that fall is nearly right here due to the fact that means that we could commence to gear up for fantasy football. Fantasy football is loved by enthusiasts all across the nation who can't wait to start out picking players for his or her lineups. They've got been waiting around for the football league to settle this lockout to get a definitely extended time.

This is the time when teams are returning to training camp and free agency is under way. You really have to keep track of player movement because that is critical to anybody that is serious about winning their league.

If you draft the wrong player then you can wind up destroying your draft and becoming the laughingstock of your league. Nobody wants to be the guy that drafts Tiki Barber, only to learn that he retired a few years ago. That is why you have to keep up with player movement so that you know where players are going. Stay tuned to all of the player news by watching NFL transactions.

If you want to avoid making that mistake then you have got to check out my most recent fantasy football rankings. I have finally put out a guide on the best quarterbacks that you should draft for your teen. I have ranked the top 30 quarterbacks in the leagues based on a number of factors. I have used all of the statistics from the past season and figured my projections for the current season.

I have also factored in their position on the depth chart and the schedule that they are playing. Many of the youngest quarterbacks in the league have a serious chance to be starters this coming season. They could put up some really big numbers that most people are not expecting to see.

A few of the old professionals look like they are ready to head out to pasture. You do not want to make a mistake at the top of the draft when you need a signal caller. Go with a player that you can trust and pick a great quarterback. That way your team has a secure stable anchor to be built around.
