Martin Jones who was a builder by profession was involved in some industrial accident that saw him blind. He stayed this way for several years until he was taken in for a rare surgery that had only been done a few times in Britain. This involved using part of his tooth as an implant to save his sight. This procedure finally succeeded enabling him to see his wife for the first time whom he had married four years earlier.
Then there is the case of the twins suffering from Twin-To-Twin Syndrome. Their parents were to choose which twin to terminate so as to give the other a chance at life. Some doctors however asked to try a laser surgery to help cauterize their vessel. The procedure was a success and they both lived.
Jordan Taylor a teenager was in an accident. This severed his skull from the vertebrae completely. His case was so bad the doctors thought he had less than one percent chance at survival. After much prayers and surgery however he was healed and was even able to resume a normal life.
