The exercise normally involves activities where each individual has to take part and where critical thinking is necessary. This enables the participants think critically and find solutions to certain life challenges. The skills acquired here help them to even face challenges and solve problems in their work place amicably without fear.

After the members are through with these activities, they can understand each other strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes ability and disabilities and this will in turn help them relate well with each other when at their work place. This also helps in strengthening the bond between employees and how they fell about each other.
