You can tell their abilities and their skills reflected on these past works that they have done, assessing whether they would make a good choice or not should be easier once you have determined the specific things that they have done before and how well this has helped their overall operation on the process.

Check their fees. See if you are dealing with the right people that will charge the right fees for the services that they will render. No, you are definitively not looking for those that will charge you the lowest. You just need to find those that will charge competitive fees for the services they can be expected to provide.
