A Collections Agency Could Have Benefited The Ghostbusters

By Bob Oliver

To say that I have fun searching for old horror movies would be an understatement. It seems like just about anything is up for grabs, whether they are in the slasher subgenre or those that are more along the lines of comedy. In terms of the latter, you would have to believe that the first "Ghostbusters" more than has my attention. After watching the movie, I have to wonder whether or not a collections agency could work to assist the Ghostbusters.

While you may not have taken this type of work into consideration before, keep in mind the versatility that is tied to the best debt collection agencies in the world. They know all too well how important it is for individuals to be educated on a number of financial instances, student loans and credit card payments included. As a result, it's not out of the question for a collections agency to come into effect. The Ghostbusters is another business that has to be paid in order to keep efforts rolling.

The first instance in which I believed this to be true was in the first case that the Ghostbusters had. The group of three men of science was told to come to the Sedgewick Hotel in order to eliminate a supernatural threat. Once the job was finished - after some difficulty, that is - they told what the hotel owner had to pay and almost did not attain payment. Only when the Ghostbusters threatened to let the ghost out from its containment unit was payment brought to the forefront.

The Ghostbusters, during the course of the film, have been looked down upon time and time again. Keep in mind that this isn't by the general public, since they are served by this particular group and look at the group in question as a band of heroes. Those in positions of power, though, could not be any less welcoming of the business that has brought down supposed supernatural threats. Only when various spirits made themselves known in great ways were authoritative figures ready to believe in the work done.

What are some of the most important aspects of any small business, you may wonder? I'd like to think that finances are some of the most prevalent and I am sure that anyone who is involved in a collections agency will be able to tell you the same. In this particular film, I believe that such an agency can prove useful, especially if funds stand a chance of not being attained. It's an interesting way to look at it but the Ghostbusters shows that children and adults look at films differently.
